1. How can I place an Order?

Select your products from the khaadi.com website and click Add to Bag
Once you have added all your desired items to your Shopping Bag, follow these instructions:
If you are a registered customer,

  1. Click on the ‘Shopping Bag’ button and proceed to checkout.
  2. Select address and click Next
  3. Select payment method

For credit card payments, follow the on-screen instructions

  1. Click on ‘Place Order’
  2. Enter the OTP code sent to you as an SMS on the website
  3. If you are unable to confirm via OTP code, you will receive a confirmation call
  4. Check your email for a Sales Order Summary

If you are not a registered customer,

  1. Click on the ‘Shopping Bag’ button and proceed to checkout
  2. Enter all your required shipping and billing information

2. How do I search for an item on the website?

Click on the search icon placed on the top right corner of the website.

Size chart is available on the UK website for all the products and will be made available for the rest of the regional websites as well.

4. What is the minimum order value for free shipping?

We offer free shipping for all orders above 50 USD.

6. When will I receive my order?

Estimated delivery time is ranged between 3-5 workings days.

5. How will I know if Khaadi has received my Order?

The Sales Order Summary emailed to you is a confirmation that your Order has been received. If you do not get this email, please Contact Customer Services.

6. Can I modify an Order after placing it?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to an Order once the Order has been placed. However, if your Order has not been Processed, you can cancel it and place a new Order. Click on the Track Your Order link to check the status of your Order.

7. How can I check the status of my Order?

You click on the Track Your Order link to track the status of your Order.

8. How do I cancel my order?

Customers may request for cancellation any time before the order is processed. Customers are advised to contact us via email at customerservice@weavesgroup.com or on our toll free number + 1 844 363 0086. Only the orders that are yet to be dispatched can be cancelled

If an item has been dispatched, then the cancellation cannot be processed, and the Exchange and Refund Policy will apply. All cancellation requests will be assessed by a customer service representative prior to processing the request.

We have a strict ‘No Exchange and No Return’ policy. Keep in mind, colors that appear on the screen may vary from the physical product. If the receive article appears to have any sort of defect, please email us within 7 days of purchase.

1.1 How do I process return for damaged goods?
  1. Any discrepancy in delivered items must be reported to our customer service team within 7 days of purchase by calling at + 1 844 363 0086 or email us at customerservices@weavesgroup.com. After our team reviews the product, customers will be offered an exchange with same price value product.
1.2 Refunds
  1. We have a strict “No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock or appears to be faulty. Refunds, in most cases, will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. Customers will be credited for the cost of the article(s) and applicable taxes.
1.3 How will I receive my refund?
  1. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for original purchase.
  2. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  3. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
