Online Purchases
You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to return your items. If you choose to return the item to our online store, a refund will be issued if eligible. Exchanges cannot be processed through our online store. Ready to Wear and Fabrics can only be exchanged at a Khaadi store where the same product category is available. Items purchased online cannot be refunded in stores.
To initiate a return, follow the steps below. Please note that only one return request is allowed per order.
1. Visit UPS.com and enter your UPS package tracking number in the ‘TRACK’ search bar.
2. Click ‘Return This Package’ from the tracking results page.
3. Select the reason for your return and enter any additional comments.
4. Choose ‘Print Label’ to print it yourself, or select ‘Get Mobile Code’ to have the label printed at any UPS Store location.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your items to reach our fulfilment centre and an additional 3 business days for the refund to be processed. The refund amount may take 7 to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank. Returns are not applicable on redelivery or refund requests made after 14 days.
In-Store Purchases
You have 14 days from the purchase date to exchange your item(s) at any Khaadi store that stocks the same product category.
1. Returns are not applicable on redelivery or refund requests made after 14 days.
2. Sale items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase at stores with the same category available.
3. Items must be returned in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
4. Original receipt is required for all exchanges or returns.
5. Returns must be made in the same country as the original purchase.
6. Returns will not be processed during the first 3 days of sales or promotional events at stores.
7. Returns are not applicable for items categorised as jewellery and hair accessories.
You have two options to cancel your order. If your order is in VERIFIED status, you can cancel it by using one of the following methods:
Online

2. Click on Frequently Asked Questions.
3. Select Order, Payment, and Delivery.
4. Click on the link: cx.khaadi.com
5. Enter your order number.
6. Enter your email address.
7. Click on Cancel.
Live Chat

Khaadi reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to:
• If the item(s) you ordered are out of stock at the time of processing
• In the event of pricing errors or discrepancies
• If payment via credit card is declined by the issuing financial institution
