Exchange
1. For online purchases: You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Ready To Wear to be exchanged at a Khaadi store only where the same product category is available. Fabrics are not eligible for exchange.
For in-store purchases: You have 14 days from the purchase date. Items to be exchanged at a Khaadi store where the same product category is available.
2. Exchanges are applicable for sale items within 7 days of purchase date at a Khaadi store where the same category product is available.
3. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Receipt is required.
4. Exchanges must be made in the same country where the original purchase was made.
5. Exchanges will not be processed during the first 3 days of sales/promotional events at stores.
6. Exchanges are not applicable for items categorised as Jewelry and Hair Accessories.
Returns
For online purchases: You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to return an item. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@weavesgroup.com. You will be provided with a pre-paid return label via email, that you can use to return the item(s) to any drop-off point near your location. Items purchased online cannot be refunded in stores.
For in-store purchases: You have 14 days from the purchase date to request a refund. Refunds can be processed at Khaadi store only where the same product category is available. Fabrics are not eligible for refunds.
Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Receipt is required.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your items to reach our fulfillment center, upon which you will be notified by email. In case you do not receive an email, please contact us at customerservice@weavesgroup.com. Additionally, allow an extra 3 business days for the refund to be processed. Please note that the refund amount may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Returns are not applicable on redelivery or refund after 14 days.
Online Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it by contacting Customer Care at +1 844 363 0087 or emailing us at customerservice@weavesgroup.com. A full refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Once the order is shipped, you will receive confirmation by email, including tracking information. At this point, our Return Policy will come into effect.
Please note that Khaadi reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including but not limited to:
• If the item(s) you ordered are out of stock at the time of processing.
• In the event of pricing errors or discrepancies.
• If payment via credit card is declined by the issuing financial institution.
