Refunds and Exchange

You have 14 days to refund or exchange any non-sale item from the date you received the order. Sale or discounted items must be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order. If the received article appears to have any sort of defect/damage, email/call us no later than 3 days from the date the item was received.

Refunds & Exchange:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Goods:

Order Cancellation

The customer may cancel the order any time before it is processed. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains tracking information. After a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
